Description: This Webinar will review the basic charting components of HST eChart. Topics will include how to make a grid data entry, edit an entry, review of popular icons in HST eChart with their meaning. HST Experts will demonstrate documentation in frequently used BLOCs and overview how data flows between HST eChart and HST Practice Management.

Target Audience: Administrative Staff, Clinical Leaders, Clinical Staff, HST eChart Users, and Nurses/RNs.
