- Understand how Document Hub works within the HST Pathways product ecosystem, including center prerequisites for unlocking its full functionality and how it supports documentation organization and compliance.
- Learn how to use Document Hub to upload, organize, and manage documentation, including executing core document actions such as uploading, modifying, previewing, attaching, downloading, deleting, and printing documents, as well as managing document types.
- Navigate and utilize key Document Hub features to efficiently locate and track documentation, including the Triage Queue, search functionality, and the Document Hub Patient Account View and Case View.
