1. How do I create a HST University account?

Go to https://university.hstpathways.com/users/sign_up
Enter your Email Address you want for your account and create a Password.
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Complete your Profile Information, including: First and Last Name, Organization (your center name), Role (from dropdown), and HST Center Account Number.
Click Save to finish creating your account.
Once completed, you will be able to access your HST University Home Dashboard and eLearning courses/registrations.

2. If I already have an HST University account, how do I login and access my eLearning courses and registrations?

Go to https://university.hstpathways.com/
Click Sign In.
Enter your Email Address and Password.
After logging in, you will be taken to your Home Dashboard.
Select an eLearning course to launch from your Learning in progress or Learning not started.
Click Start Now or Launch to begin your eLearning course or access registration information.

3. How do I reset my password for my HST University account?

4. How do I purchase learning content through HST University account? Does this include bulk purchasing?

Go to https://university.hstpathways.com/
Browse or search for the eLearning Course, OnDemand Workshop Webinar, Classroom Training, or In-Person Summit you want to register for.
Select the item and click Add to Cart.
Click Proceed to Cart and continue to Checkout.
Complete your purchase to enroll in the eLearning course. It will appear in your Learning not started section of your Home Dashboard.
Click Start Now or Launch to begin your eLearning course or access registration information.

If Bulk Purchasing

During checkout, select the Bulk Purchase option.
Enter the names and email addresses of the learners you are purchasing access for.
Complete the purchase.

After Bulk Purchasing:

Learners with an existing HST University account will see the eLearning course automatically appear in their HST University Home Dashboard in the Learning Not Started section.
Learners without an account will receive an email invitation prompting them to create a HST University account before accessing the eLearning course in their Home Dashboard.

5. Can I register for live learning and webinar sessions?

Go to https://university.hstpathways.com/
Browse and select the webinar or live learning event (Classroom Training or In-Person Summit) you want to attend. Webinars are free to learners.
Click Add to Cart and complete the checkout process to register.
Once registered, the webinar or live learning event will appear in your HST University dashboard as an eLearning course in Learning Not Started.
For our Webinars, open the eLearning course and launch the webinar module to access the Zoom session link. You will also receive the Zoom access link in your email after registering.
For our live learning events (Classroom Training or In-Person Summits), open the eLearning course and launch the live learning event content module(s).

6. How do I access the HST Community Portal?

Go to https://communityportal.hstpathways.com
If you do not have an account, click “New to the Community Portal?”.
Complete the registration form with your: First and Last Name, Title, Work Email, Work Phone, and Organization Information.
Submit your registration request.
Check your email for a link to create your password.
Once your password is created, you can log in and access our HST Community Portal.
